The 5 way DHLPP vaccine is for distemper, hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus. There is also another vaccine often used that is the DA2PP and that covers Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus and Parainfluenza. Different vets in different areas usually use different vaccines for diseases that are prevalent in the area. I know in many areas they just use the DHPP vaccine since Lepto isn't something that is commonly an issue.
