What would i say to my hair stylist for a Victoria's Secret models' kind of hairstyle ?
Q. like, i know what most of you will ask me like exactly which one, but i can't really explain it much. but i will say this : i know that the Angel's hair is never choppy looking, it doesn't look like they have much layers. and their ends aren't once again, choppy looking. it's like their hair is straight but their ends give that sharp end effect. what would i say for that ? (: help.

A. yeah, you're right. the angels never really have short, choppy layers. They're not edgy; they're supposed to look goddess-y and graceful. Most of their hair is all one length which is useful for the stylist to curl and straighten, but a lot of them wear hair extensions as well. The length of their hair varies from very short (selita ebanks for example), medium (doutzen kroes) to very long( izabel goulart, marisa miller). I would suggest no obvious layers. Just bring a picture to the stylist of the 'sharp end' effect you mean, because im sure thats pretty hard to describe.

A. Advertising has gone to the extreme that many women would be cheated on or would end up feeling so bad about themselves that they either lose the real world or kill themselves. It is however not the VIctoria Secret Models' fault,they're just doing their job. In a way it's the producers/designers/the ones who conceptualize these women to look that way's fault.

A. Hello Ashley I am a retired stylist and know from experience...shop around for a stylist who is good at cuts. Take a picture with you of the style.Remember you must have the same texture,and thickness. And most important remember you will not look like the model, but the hair could be very close. Good luck!
